Follow-ups that know when to stop

A lead who went quiet still deserves one clear nudge. They do not deserve a week of messages after they have already answered.

Follow-ups that know when to stop

Write the sequence before the campaign

Two or three approved templates are enough: a thank-you, a reminder of what they asked about, and one last check. Space them so a person can reply in between.

Name the product or the appointment. A generic “just checking in” is easy to ignore.

Stop on the first reply

The moment the customer writes back, the sequence ends and the chat belongs to a person. WAPINexa can do that from the inbox, so the next template never leaves after a real conversation has started.
