The agreement
These terms cover the WapiNEXA website and platform provided by REDSPIDER WEB & ART DESIGN LLC. By creating a workspace or using the site, you agree to them. If you use WapiNEXA for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service
WapiNEXA provides tools for WhatsApp messaging, campaigns, AI replies, chat flows, a shared inbox and integrations. Features can change as the product improves. WhatsApp delivery also depends on Meta, and we do not control Meta's approval, pricing or availability.
Your responsibilities
You will give accurate account details, keep login credentials safe, and use the platform lawfully. You will only message people you are allowed to contact, follow opt-out requests, and comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies. You are responsible for the content you send and the contacts you upload.
Acceptable use
You may not use WapiNEXA to send spam, misleading offers, unlawful content, or anything that harms the platform or other people. We can suspend a workspace that creates that risk, including while we review a report.
Fees
Subscription fees are described before you subscribe. Meta's WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately under Meta's pricing. Fees already due remain payable if you cancel. Taxes may apply.
Your content
You keep ownership of your contacts, templates and messages. You give us permission to host and process that material so we can provide the service, including through the subprocessors described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The platform is provided with reasonable care. We are not liable for lost profits, lost messages caused by Meta or a third-party network, or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law and contact
