How WapiNEXA handles personal information
A plain account of what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
We collect the details you give us: name, email, phone, company, billing and subscription records, and the WhatsApp Business number you connect. If you use the product, we also process contacts you upload, templates, chatbot activity and conversation history so the service can run. Technical logs such as IP address, browser and sign-in activity help us keep the platform reliable. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as full card details by WapiNEXA.

How we use it
We use this information to create accounts, send and receive WhatsApp messages, run campaigns and automation, connect the tools you choose, take payment, provide support, and protect the service from abuse. We also send service messages about your account. Marketing email is sent only where we are allowed to. We do not sell personal information.

Your customers' contacts
If you use WapiNEXA to message your own customers, you are responsible for those contacts. You need a valid reason to message them, a way for them to opt out, and you need to follow UAE law, other laws that apply to you, and Meta's WhatsApp rules. Someone who receives an unwanted message should contact that business, or report abuse to hello@wapi.ae.

Who we share it with
We share information with Meta to deliver WhatsApp messages, and with hosting, payment, email, analytics, security and AI providers that help us run WapiNEXA. We also share it with the CRM or store you connect. Advisers and authorities receive information when the law requires it. Providers may process data in the UAE or in other countries, with contractual and organisational safeguards.

How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as your account needs it, and for the period required for billing, support, security and legal duties. You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing hello@wapi.ae. We may keep a limited record where the law requires it.

Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember preferences. Optional cookies help us understand how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can stop sign-in from working.

Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, monitoring and limited staff access. No online service can promise perfect security. You are responsible for passwords, API keys and the people you invite into your workspace.
